Installed this morning v1607 Build 14901.1000.
No problem with installation – usually turn off virus s/w beforehand.
The watermark is back – mine expires 10/1/2016.
System Restore is off by default AGAIN.
Changed my network from account & password to MS control AGAIN.
Reinstalled Get Office AGAIN (but no other crap apps, thank you).
Turned on Noticification and Alarms on the lock screen AGAIN.
Wiped out Autoplay settings AGAIN.
Cortana still does not appear in the taskbar context menu. There is no Cortana “O” in the Search Bar popup menu. And BingSearchEnabled is still set to 0 under HKLU. (This is OK by me)

Otherwise there seems to be respect for most of the setting now. Being a TP, I have not messed with the Registry, Policies, Task Scheduler, etc. – only things changable in the interface.
