This Smart Tag was released to the general public earlier today. I thought some here might enjoy trying it.
The request by mail option provides email access to the MSKB again. It’s really cool and better than the old KB by mail option.
> It offers four actions to a Microsoft Knowledge Base article ID, including:
> – Lookup the article directly
> – Request it by mail
> – Open the Microsoft Knowledge Base search page
> – Navigate to the MSDN Online Support Center.
