Network administrator documentation: template(s) available?

Hello,
Our firm’s documentation of the different procedures for the administration of our network are somewhat fragmented into a few Word and Excel docs. Does anyone have a template type of thing that I could follow to organize the procedures and documentation? Either a home-grown template or something I can get online? Willing to pay for a good design.
We are a single location firm with approx. 40 users and lots of different software packages.

I don’t know of a template but I always start from the network design, server set up and AD / network access. Then you can add individual system details.
