    Is there a WindowsXP Pro counterpart to Win98 netwatch.exe to tell who all is connected to my computer?

      There sure is….IMHO, it’s much better, too. Right click on My Computer, select Manage, and then drill down to Shared Folders. You can see all sessions, shares, and open files – and manage them too.
