Net meeting; Client is set up as the host of a net meeting. The first person that calls in, ends up being the person that accepts the rest of the people calling in to the meeting. The client is unsure of why this is happening, and wants to be the person that accepts the callers.

I have emailed asking if they are using the check box making their box the only one to accept calls and if they have also tried sharing the IP address in addition to the machine name but have not heard back.

Anyone ever run in to such a quirk?

I finally had a chance to actually open up NetMeeting and see that there is a check box to limit the acceptance of meeting participants to the host. Hello….. drop the oxygen mask out of my office ceiling, please!!

Once the client did this the issue was resolved.
