Hey guys
I tried to install .NET Framework v4.5.2

This error came up every time i tried to install it:

OS Version = 6.3.9600, SP = 0.0, Platform 2
OS Description = Future OS – x64 Unkonw Edition (ProductType=48)

MSI = 5.0.9600.17415
Windows servicing = 6.3.9600.17246

CommandLine = C:9b8a7005c70d52ce5e44f7f0\Setup.exe
TimeZone = Mitteleuropäische Zeit
Initial LCID = 1031


Using Simultaneous Download and Install mechanism

Final Result: Installation failed with error code: (0x80070643), “Schwerwiegender Fehler bei der Installation. ” (Elapsed time: 0 00:04:32).

(“Schwerwiegender Fehler bei der Installation” means Fatal error during installation)Please help me I really need this.

Is there any reason you need the Software Developer Pack, which you presumably downloaded directly? If you need the customer .NET update it should have come via Windows Updates.

.NET frameworks are part of windows 8.x. Go to Control Panel – Programs – Turn Windows Features On and Off. Select the desired packages and click OK.

None of your solutions work.
I will reset my computer and hope for it to work.

If you used the web installer try the offline installer found at Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2. Use “Run as administrator” when starting the install.

If you have other versions of the .NET framework installed try using method three at .NET Framework update installation error: “0x80070643”[/url].

Since the error code you posted is very general, have you examined the installation log file for the real error?
