We have been using the Outlook feature Net Folders to share contacts. Today I’ve been trying to make some changes to the share list. When I select the folder, click File>Share, none of the options are avaialble — they are all grayed out.

I searched the Microsoft site and the only article that I could find referencing this problem said to go to Start>Run and type the path to the outlook.exe file followed by the switch /cleanprofile. However, when I try to add the /cleanprofile switch I get an error that the command path or file are incorrect. Leaving off the switch starts Outlook normally.

    Any suggestions?

Do you have a space between .exe and the / ? Have you tried surrounding the whole thing with ” ” ?

If you show us the command lines that you’re using, working & non-working, at least that should be easy to debug.
