Need inexpensive domain

I hope I am asking my question in the correct forum. My computer operating system is Windows 10 pro.
I need to create a simple web site for my tiny business. I don’t need any fancy web cart . It would just be a site showing what services I can provide.
I would need 2 or 3 email addresses. I assume this is available with most web hosting companies.
I have searched the Lounge and the answers I found were 4 or more years ago.
My budget is small. My needs are few. To what web sites do you suggest I go to create my web site with email addresses?

You could check out Runbox – they aren’t expensive (cheaper than I’ve seen people end up paying DreamHost), and the email options are flexible.

Aloha, my computer user group used Homestead.com as our web host for over 15 years until our group dissolved. The prices were very inexpensive.

Search for free website hosting and try a site that allows you to upgrade to paid for an amount that fits your budget. Then you can try out your site and host without committing.
