Two networked PCs both running 32-bit Win8.1 and Office 2013, both can see our database. On one PC everything works perfectly, on the other a batch of reports producing sets of labels throws a parameter request ‘Trim’. The label list is contained in a list box on a form where the user selects. If each label set is run from the Reports list in the left-hand frame they all work perfectly.
I had been getting warnings invoking ‘mso.dll’ on the ‘bad’ PC so copied the file from the good to the bad. No more warnings but the labels reports still thow up parameter ‘Trim’ when run from the form’s list-box. I copied the database file to another PC running 64-bit Win 10 and Office 365 and everything works as it should. Anyone any ideas?
