    Hello,
I’ve just reluctantly moved to Outlook from Outlook Express.

Is there any way to have multiple email addresses for the same company as you can in Outlook Express? I used this feature a lot in Express since I do contract work and need to contact various agents at the same agency without losing track of their general address.

Also are there any threads or web sites that discuss the differences between Outlook and Express?

I’ve already discovered the “Business fax” duplicate entries. Are there any other nasties to avoid?
    Thank you,

Because the various versions of Outlook can be so different, I think you need to let us know…

Which version of Outlook do you have?

If you have Outlook 2000, are you set up in “Internet Mail Only” mode or in “Corporate Workgroup” mode? (That is indicated under Help>About.)

Sorry about leaving out the version – it is Outlook 2002. (I put it in originally, but when I edited the subject line (to correct a spelling error) it disappeared and I couldn’t figure out how to put it back.)

The setting is “Internet Mail Only”

        Thanks,
