Multiple contacts listings (OXP, WINXP)

Hi all

Recently I have loaded Office XP and copied my contacts across from Office 2000. The problem I have is that wherever I have a FAX number listed I get an additional listing for that person/organisation. While this does not affect anything it is just very annoying to have to scroll through all the extraneous listings.

Does anyone have any clues?

Sorry, there is no real answer to your question (at least, not one you want to hear). This question has been asked herebefore, but it has been quite awhile.
