Just throwing this out there before I go and reinvent the wheel.

Has anyone used access db for generating the source data for an MT103 type file?

MT103 being a text file for the transfer of data to finance institution (bank).

The follow up on this would be:
How to go about outputting individual records produced from a query to individual text files, i.e. query returns 10 records..so I need 10 text files.

    Thanks
Alan, in hazy but cool cheshire

I don’t know anything about MT103 files, but I attach a little demo that opens a recordset based on a query, then outputs each record as a separate text file.
      This might get you started.
