MSN Messenger Security PopUp

I get a Communication Center popup message from .NET Message Service Center which says my verion of Messenger (600602) requires immediate security update. Following the URL for this update leads me nowhere and I can’t find any update. Any idea how to go about updating Messenger or getting rid of the annoying popup window??? Thanks..

Required Messenger Upgrade

According to your version number, you have the latest version (released 7/16/2003). Update for version 5 from 8/14/2003 is for Windows 95 only. Try to reinstall MSN Messenger 6.0 for Windows

Thanks for the response…I have insalled messenger verisions 500544 and 600602 and I’m running 610114 and I still had the problem. However, I just installed Trillian2 Pro (I was running v. 1)and the messenger error windows stopped poping up…Let’s hope this fixed the problem…I don’t see how they are linked but hope it is fixed…!!! Thanks again……
