This is a first for me. I just returned from my morning walk and saw that I had an overdue appointment that popped up in Outlook 365. The sender was someone named Joel Hardy, nobody I know and the information in the appointment concerned a McAfee subscription expiration (I have never used the product). Of course the links are either phishing or malware attempts.
Has anyone seen an attempt like this through an Outlook appointment? Like others I get these all the time via normal email and they are marked spam and deleted. I don’t know if you can forward an Outlook appointment spam attempt to Microsoft security but like to alert them somehow.
TIA and be careful out there.
