Is there a way in Microsoft Edge to set up new tab pages to be complete blank? By this I mean *completely* blank pages, similar to how the the startup page looks when it’s set to about:blank.
I looked via the Settings and more button | Settings | New tab page | Customize, but that gave me choices of only “Focused,” “Inspirational,” “Informational” and “Custom.” The first three all had stuff I didn’t care to see, and the last let me only turn off “Show quick links,” “Image of the day,” and “Content.” Turning all that off still left me with a large MS logo and a Bing search box.
Not a huge big deal, but my aesthetic preference is to not have to look at MS advertising when I go about my business.
I have Win Pro version 1909 and Edge both updated right up through the days immediately before the last Black Tuesday.
All help appreciated.
Thanks.
