I used to use the ‘Lightning’ app with Mozilla Thunderbird – when you set a reminder of, say, 2 days in advance for an upcoming event, you could then reset the reminder for a certain number of hours to remind you again and so on.
I have started using MS Calendar because, quite frankly, I’m a lazy guy and it’s quicker launching! However, there’s one really irritating problem and that is that you can only set the reminder for 1 week or 1 day ahead. There seems to be even less flexibility in setting the ‘re’-reminder.
Has anyone figured out any workarounds to this because, as things stand, I’m seriously thinking of going back to Lightning and those extra clicks!
