I need help figuring out where Outlook shortcuts are stored…
I have a user that uses the Move To button on his toolbar to manage his messages. Until last week, he had all the shortcuts he needed under this button. Last week we had a glitch on the exchange server, and I think he lost his shortcuts, including his move to shortcuts. However, he now sees really old shortcuts from a long time ago? I would like to figure out where these old shortcuts came from and to see if there is a way to get his full list of shortcuts back???

Do you mean this button? I thought it was populated with the last 10 folders ‘moved to’ – certainly mine is.
Is it not just a matter of using the manual Move to… to re-populate it?
