After typing a letter I print an envelope using the Envelopes and Labels choice from the Tools menu. The window for printing envelopes ought to have all the highlighted lines showing. It doesn’t. It only shows the first line.
I know how to prevent this. My Normal.dot template includes a Paragraph setting that inserts 6 points before each new paragraph. Address lines are therefore 1.5 line spaced. The Envelopes tool doesn’t like this. If I remove this Paragraph setting then the Envelope tool successfully captures all the highlighted lines.
Do I have the full picture? If not, is there a way around this bug?
