Was running 15063 got  update to 1703 this AM. I am assuming this is the public release now?

Build 15063 is v1703. If you are running the Insider Preview, you got a Cumulative Update. See Woody’s article here

Can’t think of anything. I’d just mention it in your Patch Tuesday posts like “These are the last set of patches for Vista” or something like that. But R.I.P. Vista.
