MonthName equivelent in Access 97

Can anyone tell me what is the equivelent to the MonthName function in Access 97? I need to convert the integer month to text.

Sorry, I wasn’t clear that I am using Access 97. Access 97 does not recognize the MonthName function but it must have a way to convert 12 to December.

Got it! You use the Format function. Format([aDate],”mmmm”).

Sorry, don’t know if there is one, but it can be very quick and easy to write a replacement.
