[Mobile] Can I select what I want to restore from backup?

I have a question regarding infamous Windows 10 Mobile – is it possible to choose what do I want to restore after hard reset? For example, I’d like to restore contacts only, but no apps, Start screen setup, colours etc.

From what I can see it is either nothing or everything.

Just don’t do a backup but sign in in your microsoft account – the contacts are automatically synchronized in microsoft online account and will be restored automatically after you sign in. it will take some time to appear.
