missing Resize Picture function (XP Home)

My PC is Windows XP Home SP2. If I right click on a JPG file, there is a Resize Pictures function in the pull-down list of the Properties. However, my friend does not have this Resize Pictures function in his Window XP computer. How to add this function to his computer?

You most likely have the Microsoft PowerToy Image Resizer installed and your friend does not. The download is available on the linked page.

You’ve probably installed the Image Resizer Power Toy . This adds the “Resize Picture” function to the right-click context menu.
