Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |
A friend gets an error message when he turns his computer on that basically says the following file is missing. Z:vvinesd.386 I did a search on the Registry and found the file reference at HKey_Local_Machine — System — Current ControlSet — Services — VXD — VVINESD
Within that folder, there was a named entry of STATICVxD with the data of the missing file.
Can anyone tell me what STATICVxD or the missing file Z:VVINESD.386 refers to?? What program or device??
