It’s always very satisfying when a seemingly simple puzzle lasts a while. I wonder who will be the last to get it?

I noticed straight away. To get a clean printout, I dragged the picture to my Firefox tab bar, which opens it up in a new tab. The FF Title then displays the picture filename.

(I actually spent the first ten minutes thinking this was a clue and was trying to see how it fitted in to the puzzle )
