My wireless is not loading properly and has the gold star over the icon in the task bar. In windows 7 device management I have a triangle symbol on “Windows Teredo Tunneling Adapter” I am getting the message “this device cannot start (code 10)”. The driver shows that it is installed and up to date. Does anyone know what this is and how I can get it to start?

    Thanks JB1890

I would try removing the Teredo adapter using Device Manager (right click, Uninstall), then rebooting and see if Windows re-installs it correctly.

      cheers, Paul

Sometimes this “Windows Teredo Tunneling Adapter” prompt can appear out of the blue when a new app has been installed? My prompt came after installing a SONY Camera, and it was in the settings that I had to disable the “Network” configs somewhere, But if you know what your prompt is there for, maybe the uninstall\reboot can do the trick; cheers.
