Hi All…

Does anyone have a link or document with instructions on how to use this ActiveX control?
I haven’t used it until now and I can’t find any information on it…

I’m not even sure if this is the best thing to use or not… I want to show progress while my code executes… (It’s doing some time consuming work…)
This is the first time I’ve wanted the user to see where I am in the process…

Any help would be appreciated…

Documentation for VB6 controls is in the MSDN library. Using the StatusBar Control gives an overview; StatusBar Control is the reference manual.

But you may also or instead want the progress bar: Using the ProgressBar Control and ProgressBar Control.

Note: a progress bar is only useful if you have some way of measuring the progress of your code.
