    wont load after the new win 10 update
    un installed it reinstalled just loads halfway and sits

      The W10 version is web based so you need to be signed in to your MS account before you can use it. Desktop versions can be downloaded from the app store or get the originals here.

      well ms support had me reset pc after all trouble shooting didnt find anything wrong:mad: slow to boot but everything’s working
