I have installed it last month (January), but I haven’t seen much of it yet – I think only the new version of the Microsoft Download Center. It looks, er, flashy…

I’ve installed the latest version of Silverlight but to be honest with you, I haven’t seen or detected any use or betterment since it’s been on here!
If it’s working behind the scenes, I haven’t seen it.

I think in typical Microsoft fashion version 1.o is fairly limited. Verision 2.0 (formerly called version 1.1) is in beta. See Silverlight for a little information on version 2.0. Click on the showcase for a preview of some 1.0 implementations.

I’ve only used the beta Microsoft downloads page. Not a big deal.
