Still work in progress as it was mentioned in the other posts. Best to avoid it for now, if it is not too late already.
I am among the lucky ones, although I was tempted yesterday after Microsoft made the first tentative to fixing the patch.
I went half way though, doing the safe part. I installed the HTTP Activation and mirrored the feature install for .NET 3.5 in addition to .NET 4.x just for consistency.
