AskWoody_MVPMarch 19, 2019 at 9:20 am #343218That’s been listed as a known issue with the latest 1809/Server 2019 cumulative update for a few days, with three alternative workarounds (which all disable the Variable Window Extension on WDS server):

GuestMarch 19, 2019 at 10:35 am #343250KB4898499 seems to have caused an issue on my system where, after initiating a remote desktop session, minimizing it, and then attempting to return to it, the remote session display was completely black. Functionality other than the display (mouse, keyboard) wasn’t affected. Uninstalling KB4898499 appears to have restored the situation to normal.
