Does anyone have experience with https://www.synology.com/en-uk/dsm/feature/active_backup_office365 and can share any gotchas?
For instance, I’m curious about the statement “it’s completely license-free without limits to the maximum number of accounts. However, if the number exceeds 500, we recommend you reach out to our sales team for a consultation.”
I’m particularly interested as the page says, “Microsoft Teams : Protect your Microsoft Teams data including files, attached files, Wikis, and OneNote Notebook.”ย I guess that might only be the SharePoint Online aspect of Microsoft Teams but given the high costs of alternative backup solutions, I would definitely consider getting a supported Synology device.
