Just upgraded to Outlook 2003 and love the autocomplete feature when typing in an e-mail address. Once I type an address in and then go to type it in again later the autocomplete prompts me correctly. However, it appears that these settings do not remain from day-to-day. I don’t get prompted for an address today that I sent mail to yesterday. Any ideas?

In Office XP, there was a .NK2 file that stored these nicknames for resolved names. Does such a file exist on your computer? Are you set up with a server based profile or have any other special configuration that could restrict your ability to save customizations?
