Memo Field Print (Access 2K)

Greetings: I have a report that is printing a memo field. However, only 255 characters of the field print. How can I get the entire field to print? Thanks in advance.

As a first guess, are you trying to sort on the memo field, or are you using a Format statement of some sort with the field. Either of those will truncate a memo field to 255 characters.

Wendell: Thanks for the reply. You guessed correctly. The report did try to sort on the memo field. I removed that feature and all is well in Whoville. Thanks again.
