Does anyone know if Excel 2000 has a limit on the number of worksheets you can have in a workbook, and, if so, what it is? Can’t find it in Help or this Forum.
    Thank you.

Help with search word ‘limitations’ gives a selection. Choose ‘Worksheet and workbook specifications’.
      This gives:
Sheets in a workbook _______ Limited by available memory (default is 3 sheets)

      Hope this helps,

It looks like you can have as many as you want, as long as you have enough RAM. The “official” specs page on the MS KB site does not state an upper limit.

Thank you, Van. I forwarded the article to the person with the question, and kept a copy for myself.
