A while back (maybe over a year), there was an item in the woodys newsletter about creating a ‘junk mail’ button that moved the offending email to the junk folder and marked the sender as spam. My pc gets rebuild by my work every now and then (gee thanks) and I lose these sorts of things that I have added. Can anyone point me to the item about this ‘junk mail’ button (or similar)?

It’s not exactly what you describe, but perhaps you can use the free add-in SpamBayes. It adds a toolbar to Outlook with a “Delete as Spam” button.

Tools>Customize>Commands tab>Actions category>Add sender to Blocked Senders List and then drag this to the toolbar. This is the sequence in Outlook 2007 and it is either the same or very similar in earlier versions of Outlook.
