    Anyone have any experience with MapPoint 2002? I am trying to get it to run on my laptop (Win98SE) (can you say Roadtrip?) It runs about 10% of the time. The other 90% the whole system hangs. It seems to hang at the register portion of startup. I haven’t seen anything in the KB.

        Thanks for the reference. It didn’t solve the problem but gave me some better keywords to search by. I am always a bit surprised to see crash as a keyword….

        Seems my touble was MDAC.

          The KB is a mysterious place. Sometimes I think it’s like playing Myst alien There really don’t seem to be a lot of resources for MapPoint. Shame really, it can be quite a useful piece of software.

            I have been using the Advance Search of Google.com, and get very good results.
