• Manually resize forms

    Hi all,

I’m creating a database in Access 2007 with a few forms, etc. My problem is that I cannot manually resize the forms in design view. All the forms open as maximized and do not include the min or max buttons. The form properties show that the min and max properties is set to both. I can change the grid, but not the actual form window size. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. TIA.

Are you using tabbed view? If so, turn that off:

[*]Click the Office button.[*]Click Access Options.[*]Click Current Database in the left hand pane.[*]Clear the check box “Display Document Tabs”.[*]Click OK.

Thank you Hans. That did it.
