    I recently upgraded to Office 2000. Now, whenever I get a an attachment that requires one of the Office programs it will not open. The message I get is that the “Managed Software Installer failed to open the program”. Has anyone else had this problem? I have looked everywhere that I could think of in Outlook Express, but can not figure out how to fix this problem.
