This is not for everybody, but if you deal with tables in Word documents then you would benefit from the attached PDF instructions.
The instructions appear lengthy, but that is due to the numerous screenshots to make following the instructions easier.
This is basically a one time deal. Once you create your custom table style and save it, it can be used with just a few clicks on almost any table in any Word document regardless of the number of rows or columns, font, or text within the table cells. This replaces repeated manual operations to get the table to be easier for a reader to find the data in the table.
To those users that would ask why not use one of the many table styles already in Word? The one I want is not listed there and my example serves to show how making a custom table style is not that hard and an average user can make and use their own custom table style.
