Mail Merge (Word97;SR2)

I have a document that uses mail merge and would like to reset the document as a normal document without using mail merge. One can change to document to normal by using the dropdown option Tools>Mail Merge>Create…restore to normal word document.

My issue is that a reference module is left and keeps prompting to enable/disable macros. I did have a module that contained code but removed it. Does anyone know why the prompt keeps popping up?

So, there are no modules in the project. Is there any code in ThisDocument? I made a quick file that had ONLY :

Private Sub Document_Open()

End Sub

And THAT triggered the macro virus warning.
