• Mail Merge (Word/Outlook 2003)

    Using Outlook 2003 on a network exchange server. When I attempt to do a mail merge for labels I don’t get my contacts under my mailbox to display. It shows every other contact list I have access to on the network but not my contacts. Any ideas? Is this an outlook setting or something in Word I need to adjust?

      Did you enable your Contacts as an Address Book per Jefferson’s Star Post (steps 2 and 3)?

        Yes—that’s done on all contact lists I have under my mailbox.

      Edited by HansV to provide link. Simplest method: select [Post: 499,066] in the header of the post with the mouse, use Ctrl+C to copy it to the clipboard, then use Ctrl+V to paste it into yopur reply. It will automatically be converted to post 499,066.

      I don’t know if it will help or not, but perhaps what we figured out in post 499,066 might be useful. I’m sorry – I don’t know how to create a link to it. 🙁
