I have a client whose mail merge wizard responds differently than mine and I really don’t know how it is suppose to work
I really DO NOT like the change in the mail merge wizard from 97 to 2002. It use to be rather straight forward. Now it is anything but…

Your client has the following turned off:

Tools, Options, General, Confirm Conversions. If they turn that on, they will see the conversion window for the database/spreadsheet.
