macro to refresh values

I need a macro that will refresh the values using webservice in Excel 2013. I think ctrl/alt/F9 does it but I need a macro for this. I see an what appears to be an update when I manually enter “ctrl/alt/F9” by the values “rolling” but I do not see this action when I use “Application.CalculateFull” or more ideally “ActiveSheet.Range(“A1:B10″).Calculate”. I cannot tell if these are updating.

Maybe I don’t understand but if a web QUERY simply right click anywhere in the query and select refresh at the bottom.
