I’ve had people asking me about macOS Security Updates, so I want to clarify about them.

Generally, macOS Security Updates are cumulative. If you install the latest macOS Security Update, it should include security patches from the previous macOS Security Updates.

In the event Apple breaks up macOS Security Updates and separates out security patches, Apple will prompt you to install each macOS Security Update in the Software Update list.
