I just created an outlook form from a template I saved under c:office 2000templates. As I was creating the form, I selected file save many times. However, I closed the form and the saved completed form is gone. I checked through all the outlook organizational libraries, draft folder, forms folder, etc., and could only find the original I saved on c:office 2000templates with no edits. I also searched my entire drive for .oft files. Does anyone know where the default “file save” saves to?

It probably saved it as a draft message in your Drafts folder. To save it as a form, use “Publish” (I think it’s under Tools>Forms>Publish but I haven’t looked it up).

Also look in your forms file- File>choose form.

You can use BBCodes to format your content.
Your account can't use all available BBCodes, they will be stripped before saving.
