Are there any basic introductory Defender manuals or tutorials online or publications?  Just trying to learn Defender since I’ve decided to stop using Norton as my security.  Thanks.

If you are at all interested in using PowerShell with Defender then have a look at this Microsoft Learn Defender article showing the commands available and their uses.

I’ll take a look. I uninstalled Norton over the weekend because it had become so invasive and restrictive and used way too much CPU. Right now I’m just using Defender and trying to learn more about it
