I am looking for an address book software which has the capability of grouping multiple contacts by company/family.

For Outlook2002, I need to enter the Company name, address and those general data, every time I create a new contact for that company. For family, I don’t find a way to group all the contacts with a family.

This may actually be an issue for the Outlook forum, but have you considered using Outlook’s Categories option? You can assign any item (mail, contact, task, etc..) to a category. Then you can work with the Current View settings to make it show the view grouped by Categories (i.e. family).

Just change the view in any contact folder to the default setting of “by Category” and you should see the desired results.

It is a little bit inconvenient to use the “by category” method. I still need to enter all the name and address when creating new contacts in the same company.

Sorry, but it isn’t clear whether your question applies to Access or Outlook. Did you post this in the wrong forum? If not, you’ll need to explain what it has to do with Access. Are you trying to automate a connection between the two apps or t?wha

Sorry, I did not explain it well on the last post.

Since Outlook2002 could not accomplish what I need, I was looking for if there is a shareware, written with Access, that can meet my requirement.
