Locked out of two Yahoo email accounts.

Previously the Yahoo two tier verification system was that they sent me an email to confirm.
Then suddenly they have changed the system, so that they send a code to the email address, but now the first Yahoo email account sends to the second Yahoo email account, then this account when I try to login in turn sends an email to the first email account, in a never ending loop.

I have taken this matter up with Yahoo’s Yahoo Concierge Executive Escalations, but to date they are still refusing to activate both accounts, in spite of giving them so many details.
The Better Business Bureau of Silicon Valley cannot help me any further.

Now I want to take this matter up with Yahoo management, or any other authority that can review my case.
Six million dollar question please, does anybody know who to get in touch with at Yahoo or it’s parent company Verizon, or anybody else that could help me?

When you could still log in to Yahoo mail have you periodically been getting prompts to confirm\verify alternate contact email address(es) and phone number(s) to handle situations like this?

It appears you do not have a mobile phone number on file with yahoo that could also be used for two factor ID.  Correct?

No telephone numbers.
No need, previously one Yahoo email account would verify the second email account by email.
Then they changed the system, that a code is sent to the other email account, but then the other email account dends a code to the first email account.

Who owns Yahoo email, and how can I get in touch with them, and appeal to those that could unlock these accounts please?

I have the exact same problem that started at the end of 2024 only with 3 email addresses in a never ending loop rather than just 2 email address.  I’ve had these email addresses for over 25 years and Yahoo now wants money to help me???  What a racket!  I refuse to pay Yahoo for a problem that they created.  I learned a lesson to use recovery emails with a different provider so this will never happen again.

The only thing we can do is find a number of Yahoo email subscribers with the exact same problem and contact and Attorney and file a Class Action lawsuit.
