    Okay, I need a refresher, any ideas?

    I want to be able to sort a column without changing the order for the whole set… Help! ouch

          Be sure to select just one cell in the database. If you select the column, for instance, the records will be sorted out of synch

            If there is data beside the column you select, XL97 warns you there is data next to your selection and it will not be sorted.

              Right, you’re given the choice to expand your selection or to go with the current selection. I’ve seen too many people choose the later option by error. Hence the warning. bummer
