    Do you notice with VBA it all go swimmingly then, bang, your stuck for days and days.

    The following code work fine as a ppt file with PowerPoint open, but when I run it as pps slide show it falls over with the error message: Run-time Error

          Thanks. I do indeed get the same error message. Try replacing ActivePresentation with Presentations(1).
